Daily car puzzles
Every day GuessTheRide sets four car puzzles, one at each difficulty. Everybody in the world gets the same four cars, and you get one go at each. They are free, and you do not need an account. A new set appears every day at midnight UTC.
Pick a difficulty
- Easy: a car an ordinary person sees often and can name.
- Medium: somebody who likes cars gets it, and most people get the make.
- Hard: you need to know the model line to place it.
- Impossible: only somebody who knows this exact car.
There is also Higher or lower, which asks whether the next car has more or less power than the last one and counts how long a run you can make.
How a puzzle works
You start on a tight crop of a photograph and type the car's name. Each wrong guess pulls the picture back a step until you can see the whole car. Name it and you have solved it, and a bonus question asks which year it was built. The full rules are on the how to play page.
With an account your daily streak is kept, so a day you play counts toward a run. Ranked 1v1 matches, a rating and a ladder come with an account too. To find out more about the game and who makes it, see the About page.
